 Q: What kind of land do you buy?
We specialize in buying vacant, rural land across the U.S., especially in areas just outside growing cities or in undeveloped subdivisions. We’re open to parcels without utilities or improvements, and even properties with back taxes.

Q: Do you require road access?
Yes, we primarily buy parcels with some form of legal road access, dirt or paved. It helps ensure a smoother resale process and quicker closing.

Q: Are there any fees or commissions?
Nope. We cover all closing costs, and you’ll never pay commissions, agent fees, or hidden charges. What we offer is what you get.

Q: How fast can I get paid?
Most sellers receive their funds within 14–30 days, depending on how quickly the title company can process the paperwork.

Q: What if I inherited the land or I’m behind on taxes?
No problem. We regularly work with inherited land and properties with delinquent taxes. We can even pay off the back taxes at closing.

 Q: Do you buy all parcel sizes and infill lots?
Yes, we consider all parcel sizes, from small infill lots to larger rural acreage. If the land fits our buying criteria, we’re happy to make an offer. 

 Q: Is there a property value that’s too high for you to consider?
Not at all. We’ll look at any property value as long as it fits our wholesale criteria. Higher-value land is welcome, we love big opportunities just as much as smaller ones.
