Q: How fast can I get paid?
Most sellers receive their funds within 14–30 days, depending on how quickly the title company can process the paperwork.
Q: What if I inherited the land or I’m behind on taxes?
No problem. We regularly work with inherited land and properties with delinquent taxes. We can even pay off the back taxes at closing.
Q: Do you buy all parcel sizes and infill lots?
Yes, we consider all parcel sizes, from small infill lots to larger rural acreage. If the land fits our buying criteria, we’re happy to make an offer.
Q: Is there a property value that’s too high for you to consider?
